Patricia Debrant - Founder of the brand My Shampoo

What is your proudest accomplishment today?

Of the two things that are important in my life: being a fulfilled woman and married for 30 years, a mom of 2 children and a grandma with a 2 year old grandson. Then, to have created the brand Mon Shampoing in 2019: personalization, naturalness and fragrances are the watchwords of this brand. It speaks to all women in their diversity and their hair problems.

Who is the woman who inspires you the most?

There are several in very different fields: Simone Veil, Meryl Streep and Marie Curie who brought a touch of femininity, beauty, simplicity and hope for the future. They fought for noble causes and Meryl Streep brought her immense talent and beauty to the cinema and knew how to remain humble. Everything I love in a woman...

What would you change about the situation of women in 2023?

I would like women to be paid the same as men for the same position and not to put young women who have had one or more pregnancies on maternity leave on the back burner. To respect the talent and know-how of each woman and finally, to better consider women over 50 years old who are now full of creativity because of their life experience and their maturity.

‍SolèneLebon-Couturier - Co-founder of the brand Savonnerie Ciment

What is your proudest accomplishment today?

To be at the origin of Ciment with Jeremy first, and with our whole team. I am proud of them: they know how to get through difficulties with resilience and joys with lots of emojis. I am touched every day to see the talents of each of them. It's a lot of beauty, the talent of others! I'm proud to have taken on the challenge of offering beautiful and good solid cosmetics.

Who is the woman who inspires you the most?

I am in a "passion for the sea" period, so I would quote Isabelle Autissier. For having won single-handed races in an environment of old sea dogs, for her ecological fights, and for her voice. And Agnès Varda, for the beaches.

What would you change about the situation of women in 2023?

Men. I would free them from patriarchy, I would educate them, I would allow them to have emotions instead of trying to dominate everything around them as soon as they can. Girls would be educated, excision would stop on its own, wars would no longer be necessary, and capitalism would collapse. Eco-feminism would take its place, the climate crisis would be stopped and there would be no more apocalypse. Abracadabra!

Lolita Morel - Manager of the Salon L'Epingle

What is your proudest accomplishment today?

To have succeeded in my life as a woman, as a mother, and as a business owner.

Who is the woman who inspires you the most?

Not very original, but Coco Chanel!

What would you change about the situation of women in 2023?

Recognition. We are all Wonder Woman!

Cathy Zeller - Manager of the Cathy Style salon

What is your proudest accomplishment today?

To have created my company at only 22 years old! To have a team of 2 collaborators with whom we are in symbiosis, and 16 years of experience bouncing between hairdresser, business owner and mother!

Who is the woman who inspires you the most?

Coco Chanel, the fashion designer! She symbolizes the French elegance.

What would you change about the situation of women in 2023?

Recognition of the mental load! When you become a business leader, you have so many hats and roles to manage that you tend to forget yourself.
