The Holiday Season
Of course, this article also applies to beauty parlours.
Knowing the calendar for the year 2019 is a first good thing. Setting up actions in your hairdressing salon is a 2nd very good thing. Communicating to your customers what you are setting up is better!
For your actions to have a real impact, warn your customers about the gift sets, promotions, animations, etc. that you make in your living room! The more you communicate to your customers, the more you are sure to reach them and create word-of-mouth.
sms campaigns, more than email campaigns, are a fast and effective means of communication. Today, we all have a phone constantly at hand where we receive our SMS messages that appear on the screen.
Your customers receive the SMS directly, they see it on the phone, while emails are drowned in the mass of emails received, which are not deleted or sorted. Thanks to SMS, you can therefore inform your customers of the actions implemented in your living room quickly and efficiently.

Facebook and Instagram are the 2 most used social networks in the hair and beauty industry. They are also the two networks on which your clients interact most often. We invite you to inform your customers of the actions you are taking thanks to the publications you can make on your pages of the 2 networks.

On Facebook, you can boost your publications, i.e. you pay a few euros so that your publication is seen more. We advise you to boost a publication where you promote a promotion, or gift boxes.
Boosting a publication costs you money, so it's better to highlight an action that will potentially make you money. This ensures you a profit, unlike boosting a publication with schedule changes for example.
