The launch of Wavy Store to facilitate the purchase of your products


Wavy Store is the new revolutionary feature not only at Wavy, but also in the hair and beauty industry.


If you haven't heard of it yet, it's a great place to start, Wavy Store is the professional e-commerce platform integrated into the Wavy application, where products from 30 partner brands are available.

It is revolutionary, because it allows you to order products from several different brands with no minimum order, delivered in 72 hours max, at prices up to -45% compared to market prices!

And even more, your inventory is automatic because when you receive the products, the stocks are updated in 1 click!

Transparent Payment to avoid missed appointments


Finally, a feature that reduces missed appointments! Due to forgetfulness - although with SMS appointment reminders enabled, it is now impossible to forget - and often out of disrespect, many customers do not call to cancel or reschedule their appointment.


A client who has stood you up, as we like to say more colloquially, is undoubtedly a waste of time and money for your salon. But here's the good news: you can do something about it!


First, you need to set up Transparent Payment in the application Wavy. You indicate what percentage of the service you want to charge if your client does not honour his appointment, for example 20%, 30% or even 50% of the total ticket.


Secondly, Transparent Payment, which currently only works with online booking, requires your client's bank imprint at the time of booking online. This is not a deposit, there is no direct debit made when booking online!

If the client honours their appointment, then you simply click on the "Transparent Payment" button when collecting and your client will be debited directly from their card. If the customer does not honour his appointment, then you click on "Did not show up" on the pending ticket, and the customer will be debited the percentage of the service you have set up.

Integrating online booking on Google my Business Profiles to try and get more bookings online


Since the Wavy adventure began, the team has been making sure that its clients are in the first results of a Google search. The Google my Business Profile is a very important lever to move up in Google search results, as it is a Google feature.

We have been integrating all the information in the Company Profiles for our clients for the past 5 years, in order to save them time and help them to have a better visibility on the Internet.


However, a key feature was missing from the Business Profiles... Online booking! Google and Wavy have partnered in 2021 to offer all Wavy member customers the "Book with Google" functionality.

Whether via Google, Google Maps, or Google Assistant, users can make an appointment with their hairdresser online very quickly by clicking on the "Book" button on your profile!


On your side, the appointment is then displayed directly in your calendar Wavy, a small "G" is also written on the appointment so that you know that it comes from Google.

Your customer receives an appointment confirmation e-mail, where he can cancel or modify his appointment.

The redesign of the customer file and stocks for better fluidity


As with all existing features, we regularly take into account feedback from our customers in order to provide the best possible experience and solution.


Every year, we strive to improve our stock and inventory tool because we know how tedious, yet essential, the task of taking inventory is.


Now, all member customers can set their stock to 0 very easily. This has been a great demand especially when the stock was not monitored at all, and the number of products and purchase prices were all wrong.


If Excel tables don't scare you, you can update your inventory by uploading the file from Wavy and add it back in. And if Excel files scare you a little, just list all your products with the right data and we'll do it for you!

Swile is the French company that has shone in the startup ecosystem in 2021, it must be said! It has even been defined as a unicorn, which means that it has been valued at over 1 billion euros! That alone.
