Wavy has therefore set up a bank imprint system that allows you to have a certain amount of the service insured on your bank account if your client has decided not to honour his or her appointment, without warning. This feature is the transparent payment.

You define the amount you wish to charge (in %), and the customer is automatically charged by means of thebank imprint taken when the reservation is made.

Don't worry: this is not a pre-payment or a deposit! When booking, your customer only enters his credit card details, but nothing is debited. The debit only takes place if :

  1. The customer has made a no-show, so you will earn, for example, 30% of the total ticket amount.
  2. The customer has honoured his appointment and pays by "transparent payment". You click on this payment method and the debit is deducted directly from the customer's account.
