Today, we have decided to go even further by joining Treatwell, the European leader in online booking.
Treatwell and Wavy have always had the same mission: to allow you to develop your salon while letting you concentrate on your passion.
It was therefore obvious to join forces to continue promoting the beauty industry. There is nothing like an alliance between the European leader and one of the French leaders. This will allow us to offer you a multitude of tools capable of accompanying you in the development of your salon according to your needs.
Rest assured, the vision of Wavy remains exactly the same. We will continue to offer you as much independence as possible in the management of your salon. Despite this merger, our DNA remains the same and our team is unchanged.
Clément, Azza, Augustin, Virgil, Simon, Aymen and all the other members of the team Wavy will of course remain at your disposal, to accompany you every day.
By partnering with Treatwell, you join the European leader in online beauty booking, with 40,000 partner salons.
This merger will also enable us to double our staff to offer you better support on a daily basis.
Our wish is to give you the choice so that you can remain independent as a salon.

Keeping your own website and online booking or not, again, only you decide.
Whatever your choice, you should know that a synchronisation will be set up between Treatwell and Wavy. For example, you will be able to use your Wavy calendar while being referenced on Treatwell. Your new appointments from the Treatwell platform will appear directly on the Wavy calendar.
Despite this merger, don't panic, you can still use the Wavyapplication!
Even better! We will continue to develop new features that will arrive on Wavy for several more months! In fact, I'm told that recurring appointments may be coming very soon!
Finally, all the advantages that you have thanks to Wavy will of course be retained. Access to your works council for you and your employees, preferential rates on Swile meal vouchers or specific conditions on insurance: nothing changes!

I'm already on Treatwell as well as Wavy what's going on for me?
If you have already joined Treatwell nothing special will happen for you. Just know that an integration will be set up between Treatwell and Wavy. You will be able to use your calendar Wavy while being referenced on Treatwell. Your new appointments from Treatwell will appear directly on the Wavy calendar and your clients will not be able to book on the slots already full on your calendar Wavy.
Will Wavy still be operational?
Despite this merger, don't panic, you can still use the application Wavy ! New features will continue to be added to Wavy for several months to come.
Will new features continue to be brought to Wavy ?
Yes, that's right. Many of the new features you have asked for will be coming in the next few weeks and months.
Which features of Wavy will be retained?
Rest assured, all Wavy features are retained.
Can I keep my online booking and website?
You can decide to keep your own website and your own means of online booking. Joining the Treatwell marketplace is not an obligation but an option that we offer you.
Will Wavy Store still exist?
Yes, Wavy Store still exists. Thanks to this merger we will be able to offer you even better prices and many new references: there is strength in numbers!
Will the partnerships Wavy Community by HelloCSE, Allianz and Swile be maintained?
Yes, all the benefits you get from our exclusive partnerships remain the same.
Will booking on Instagram still be effective?
The online booking via Instagram is still effective.
Will my subscription fee change?
Prices will not change for existing customers. Any price changes will apply to new customers only.
Will I be able to keep my website?
We leave it entirely up to you whether you want to keep your website. If you want to keep your website and join the Treatwell marketplace, this is also an option thanks to the integration between Treatwell and Wavy.
Will the Wavy Content area with social network kits, practical information sheets, magazines etc. still be available?
