Base for Brown B and Brown B shades Terre de couleur's pre-colouring care is a base for 100% vegan Brown B and Brown B shades. This pre-colouring care is applied as the 1st coat for the 2-step shades Brown B and Brown B. It is used on dark blonde to dark brown bases with a maximum of 25% to 30% white hair. Pre-colour for 2-step shades.
