Ile-de-France region: Assistance of up to 1,500 euros for hair salons, beauty salons and barbershops connected thanks to the digital cheque

The pace ofdigital innovation is growing exponentially and offers a huge opportunity for institutions around the world.

The digital transformation, often referred to as the "fourth industrial revolution", is of vital importance to guarantee a competitive advantage and optimise the development of your hair salon, beauty salon or barber shop.

As consumer expectations have risen, VSEs (very small enterprises) have the same opportunity to change as large companies, thanks to the digital cheque of up to 1500 euros.

Ile-de-France Region: Up to €1,500 in aid for trade fairs


The digital cheque: subsidy for a digital transformation at hairdressing salons

All VSEs need to keep up with the increasing digitisation, to optimise their management, digital marketing and web visibility. To do this, a subsidy of up to €1500, offered by the Ile-de-France region, is still in place, and has been in place since the end of the 1st confinement, under the name "digital check for a connected business”.

The grant is intended to finance expenditure on website creation solutions, reservation systems, customer loyalty and digital advertising solutions, referencing costs or subscriptions to digital management solutions such as Wavyto boost your hairdressing salon, beauty salon or barber-shop.

Amount and nature of the aid

The proposed aid is in the form of a grant with an amount that will depend on the expenses of your hairdresser, beauty salon or barber-shop:

Who can benefit from it?  

  • merchants with their place of business in the Ile-de-France region
  • VSEs (with a workforce of less than 10 employees, including establishments without employees)
  • Freelancers, with or without premises 
  • Non-Franchisees  
  • those who are registered in the Trade Register and/or Trade Register 
  • Local shops (where customers go very regularly. These establishments offer products and services relating to daily or regular consumption).


Required documents

  • a Kbis or D1 extract  
  • a GNI  
  • Proof of estimated expenditure (estimates, price list, etc.) or contracts signed since 12 March 2020.
  • a certificate of fiscal and social regularity of less than 3 months,


Procedure to follow 

1- Gather the documents required for the request for assistance 

2- Submit your online help request on mesdemarches.iledefrance.fr

3- After examination of your request, the decision will be sent to you within 3 weeks.

If the decision is favourable, the payment will be made directly after the transmission of the paid invoices. 

You will therefore be able to start incurring expenses that will cover a maximum period of 12 months and that must be completed within a maximum of 18 months after the date of the notice.
